When a consultant is “Busy”, “Pause” or “Unavailable” you can send the consultant a request to make a call appointment. Making a call appointment is actually very simple and it works as follows.
The consultant must have enabled the call-appointment functionality. A consultant determines when he/she wishes to receive appointment requests. You can find the button where the “Call” button normally appears on the profile or on the homepage.
If you click on the “Call appointment” button, you can indicate the time frame within which you would like to be called back. Click on “Send request” and wait for the consultant to respond to your request. The consultant has 5 minutes to respond to your appointment request.
Make sure you have enough credits in your wallet and that you have linked a phone number where you can be reached easily.
You will receive a notification when the consultant has responded to your request. The consultant can accept, reject or accidentally let the request expire.
If the consultant has accepted your request, you only have to wait a little while until the consultant honors the appointment and sets up the conversation via the platform.
Our platform sets up the consultation. So you will be called by our system. You will be called by the number 070 7000 000. Listen to the instructions and you can start.
In your account under the tab Call appointments you can see which call appointments you have made. You can also cancel it here.
You have probably already seen it in your customer account. You can choose a nickname. If you want to make a telephone appointment with a consultant, it is really important that you choose a recognizable nickname. This way the consultant can recognize you when you send an appointment request.
